Space clearing is a ritual, a spiritual process, that settles energy. An ancient practice in many cultures, it is just as important as a physical cleaning. It can be used by home dwellers, sellers, buyers, business owners, real estate professionals representing clients, or anyone wanting to get rid of past energy or spirit activity.

Cleansing away old energy is akin to the renovating, decluttering, and deep cleaning one does before listing their property. Renovations themselves can stir up spirit activity, so it’s essential to cleanse as a final step prior to listing.
About Me
A five-time homeowner in three states, I’ve had spirit activity in my homes. Honing my craft over a dozen years I now work with property owners, buyers, renters, and real estate professionals to settle the energy in their spaces.

My Service
Most people are familiar with palo santo, sage or other spices for cleansing. The method I use, sea salt, is highly effective for settling spirit activity. After preparing and lighting the medium, I’ll convey it safely in a metal container to all corners and crevices of the dwelling. Clean burning, it creates no smoke and leaves no odor. The full service includes:
Set intentions for the clearing (health, abundance, quick sale, smooth transaction, etc.)
Remove accumulated positive ions from windows, mirrors, and doorknobs
Open windows, doors, and cabinets
Perform the clearing
Finish with incense to bless the space and reinforce the intentions
Restore the unit to its original state
